On March 24, 2021 around 1:08 p.m. to 6:41 p.m. PDT on March 25, 2021, some users could've encountered "There's been a glitch" when trying to open workspaces with single sign-on (SSO) enabled.
This error page appeared when using the email verification flow to sign in, where users are directed to their accounts after receiving confirmation emails. Affected users could still access their accounts by entering the workspace URLs, such as in a browser address bar, instead of using email verification.
We discovered that a change we made caused this trouble, so we deployed a fix to resolve this for affected users.

On March 25, 2021 from 4:58 a.m. to 6.14 a.m. PDT, some users were unable to search in Slack as expected. Affected users might've encountered a low number of search results or an error after searching.
We discovered traffic to some servers caused them to be overloaded, which meant some search queries didn't resolve as they should. We restarted the impacted servers to remediate the issue.
5:31 PM PST
The trouble with search should now be resolved. Please try reloading Slack (press Command/Control + Shift + R).
