On March 8, 2021 from around 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. PST, some customers received an error message when trying to search for files in Slack. From around 7:00 a.m. to 7:10 a.m. PST, some customers didn't see files in the autocomplete list when entering their search queries.
We quickly identified an unresponsive server was causing the failures, so we removed this server from service to resolve the trouble for affected users.
