Issue summary:
From approximately 12:30 a.m. on April 8, 2021 to approximately 6:30 a.m. PDT on April 15, 2021, a small number of messages scheduled to be sent through the chat.scheduleMessage API were not sent successfully.

We discovered a bug impacting the functionality of chat.scheduleMessage, and deployed a change to resolve the issue.

As of today, all scheduled messages are delivering as expected again. We will be deleting these unsent scheduled messages rather than sending them at an incorrect date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
