On April 24, 2021 from around 1:50 p.m. to 2:46 p.m. PDT, some customers experienced errors when they attempted to connect to Slack.
We narrowed the problem down to one network host, which we were able to replace. This resulted in the errors subsiding and connectivity was restored to all affected customers.

We’ve resolved the connectivity trouble and Slack is back to full functionality. We’re sorry for the disruption this has caused.
