On April 26, 2021 around 4:20 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. PDT, some customers had trouble searching for files in Slack or listing files via Slack API. Approximately 20% of the requests made during this period were affected.
We discovered some servers weren't working as expected, and these servers had stopped responding to requests. We removed some of the servers and restarted the affected service on other servers to resolve the issue.
