On May 4, 2021 around 11:00 a.m. to 3:27 p.m. PDT on June 11, 2021, a small percentage of users might've not received notifications for threads.
On May 4, 2021, we began rolling out a change to notifications. On June 11, 2021, we started a deeper investigation into reports of users not receiving notifications for threads.
We discovered a potential issue with the change we had started rolling out on May 4, 2021, so we rolled back that change. We saw improvements for some users who weren't receiving notifications for threads. However, the trouble persisted for some users, so we're investigating any outstanding reports separately. If you're encountering any trouble with notifications, please let us know at email@example.com.
