On June 30, 2021 from around 11:45 a.m. to 12:36 p.m. PDT, some customers may have experienced issues loading the app, sending messages, and performing other actions in Slack.
We noticed a spike in errors across our services and discovered that a network error in part of our infrastructure was causing this issue. Once the network issue was addressed, the error levels subsided and service returned to normal.

We believe the issue should now be resolved. Users should no longer have trouble loading Slack and sending messages. We'll post the summary of this issue as soon as possible.
