On July 6, 2021 around 1:00 a.m. to 10:12 p.m. PDT on July 7, 2021, some Enterprise Grid customers didn't have full app or integration functionality. This included trouble with workflows, apps' App Home functionality, and accessing apps and integrations under "Apps" on admin dashboard at the organization level.
We made a change that inadvertently prevented part of our database from serving the expected data for these features. We corrected this error and restored affected apps.
We first posted about this issue on July 6, 2021, and believed we had resolved the issue on July 6, 2021. However, we discovered there were additional affected apps, and we posted a new, separate message on July 7, 2021. We apologize for calling the all clear prematurely, and we appreciate your patience while we prepared this summary.
