On July 15, 2021 around 11:22 a.m. to 10:25 p.m PDT, some customers on paid plans received erroneous notifications in Slack that their trials were expiring.
A change to these notifications meant that some customers were informed their trials were expiring, even though their workspaces weren't on trials. We reverted the change on July 15, 2021, but we were delayed with updating you about the fix. We appreciate your patience with us.
If you're seeing an unexpected trial expiration notification on desktop, please refresh by holding Control / Command + Shift + R. Feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
