Incident
Trouble with files
Issue summary:
Starting on July 20, 2021 around 11:48 a.m. PDT, customers may have encountered trouble when accessing files from some areas of the product. Some search and files web API methods were also not working as expected.
We started sending additional traffic to part of our infrastructure. These servers couldn't respond to all requests, so some requests from customers failed to complete. We added additional capacity to resolve the trouble around 1:58 p.m. PDT.
Note: We've added that there was trouble with some web API methods, and we've corrected the resolved time. We've also clarified some requests from customers failed to complete because we were sending additional traffic to some servers.
