Trouble typing in Slack in non-Latin characters
Issue summary:
From August 2, 2021 at 6:49 p.m. PDT to August 4, 2021 at 10:04 p.m. PDT, some customers were unable to type non-Latin characters into the "To:" or "Add people" fields in the desktop app or web browser. This made it difficult for users to start new conversations or to invite others to conversations.
Our investigation traced the cause of this issue to a recent update in our infrastructure. We deployed a fix to resolve the issue.
