Incident

Some users may notice search issues

Issue summary:
On August 19, 2021 from around 9:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PDT, some users experienced file search errors or slow responses.

We discovered the issue with time limit settings which caused a backup and led to the drop of search availability.

We deployed a software fix that added an appropriate limit to the number of requests and we believe the issue should now be resolved.
