Incident

Some customers may be unable to load their Slack workspace.

Issue summary:
On August 31, 2021 from around 8:04 a.m. to 9:23 a.m. PDT, approximately 1% of users experienced delays with sending messages or difficulty loading workspaces.

This connectivity issue occurred as a result of an update to our caching library. We subsequently released a fix and resolved the issue for all affected users.
