On August 18, 2021 between 11:18 a.m. and 12:40 p.m. PDT, some users may have experienced their Slack clients entering a degraded mode, or experienced API errors. This was due to some network instability with our servers whereby we saw significant dips in the success rate.
We are currently still working with our upstream provider to verify and investigate the root cause of these dips.
