On August 13, 2021 from around 4:35 a.m. to 8:43 a.m. PDT, some users experienced intermittent connectivity issues which included trouble loading sidebar content, direct messages, channels and workflows, as well as search timeouts and general slowness in the workspace.
These issues were traced back to an upstream provider, who was experiencing trouble with one of their hardware configurations.
The upstream provider has resolved the issue, and instituted changes to prevent recurrence. Users should no longer experience trouble.
