On August 31, 2021 from 6:21 a.m. until September 2, 2021 at 5:41 p.m. PDT, customers experienced errors when calling the conversations.list API.

We traced the issue to a bug which was affecting the API used mostly by apps. To remedy this, we reverted the bug, resolving the issue for all affected customers.
