Some customers may have trouble loading Slack

Issue summary:
On September 7, 2021 from around 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PDT, a small percentage of users may have experienced errors when connecting to Slack, loading channels, or sending and receiving messages.

This connectivity issue occurred as the result of an internet service provider having several outages across the Midwest and East Coast of the United States. Once the outages began to resolve, connectivity improved and message success rates returned to normal.

We’re happy to report that customers should no longer have issues connecting to Slack. Apologies for the disruption, and thank you for your patience.

We've started to see some improvements with customers being able to connect to Slack, but we're still closely monitoring the situation. We'll provide another update shortly.
