Issue summary:
On September 14, 2021 from 5:14 p.m. to 6:41 p.m. PDT, some customers experienced issues loading channel and user names in Slack. During this period, a number of customers were also signed out of Slack unexpectedly.

We deployed a fix for the misconfiguration, resolving the issue for all affected customers.

The issue has been resolved. Customers should no longer have any trouble loading channel and / or user names in Slack.
