Issue summary:
From October 2nd, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. PDT until October 11, 2021 around 7:35 p.m. PDT, some customers may have experienced intermittent issues with the Socket Mode Events API.

A misconfiguration in our backend inadvertently led to partial communication failures between some parts of our infrastructure. We corrected the misconfiguration, resolving the issue.

We have restored full functionality to the Socket Mode Events API, and everything should be running smoothly once again. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we tackled this. We'll be back with a summary of the issue soon.
