Outbound emails are failing to send

Issue summary:
From November 9th, 2021 from around 3:00 p.m. PST to 7:32 p.m. PST, some customers experienced trouble with uploading/downloading files or receiving emails including invites, notifications, and confirmation codes.

This was due to our internal storage systems experiencing disruption and elevated error rates. Service was restored when our storage system recovered, resolving the issue for all affected customers.

Outbound emails should now be sending as normal. Additionally, customers should no longer have any trouble uploading or downloading files.

We are continuing to look into reports of outbound email failures. If you're awaiting a confirmation code for login, manually signing in with email address and password will work in the interim.

We're also monitoring issues with downloading files.
