Issue summary:
On November 18th, 2021 from around 12:47 p.m. to 4:49 p.m. PST, our signup, join, and invite pages may have failed to load until refreshed. Specifically, customers may have encountered a blank page when trying to sign up for Slack, join a workspace, or accept an invitation.

We traced the issue to a recent change to these pages. We deployed a fix, resolving the issue for all affected customers.

We're happy to report that customers affected by issues with joining Slack should no longer be having trouble. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and thank you for your patience.

We've identified the source of the issue and we're working on a fix. Refreshing the page continues to help as a temporary workaround.

We're investigating reports that Slack sign up/join redirect may not be working for some users. A temporary workaround is to refresh either of those pages and on the second time, it will load.

We're investigating now and will be back with more information as soon as it's available, or in 30 minutes.
