Issue summary:

On November 30, 2021 from around 12:39 p.m. to 6:59 p.m. PST some Slack Admins experienced issues when attempting to transfer Primary Ownership or click on certain links on the Workspace Admin site.

As a result of a code change, Admins saw an error page instead of the page they were trying to access. This mainly affected Primary Ownership Transfer as well as the Billing and Invitations Admin pages.

After identifying the issue in this code change, we made an additional code change which resolved the issue for all impacted customers.

Some customers may experience an error when navigating links in their workspace’s Settings & Administration pages.
