From October 26th, 2021 at 9:28 a.m. PDT until November 1st, 2021 around 6:21 p.m. PDT, some Enterprise Grid customers may have noticed that messages with file attachments were temporarily disappearing.
This was an unexpected side effect of a recent change that was made to improve the efficiency of messages with file attachments. We deployed a fix for the misconfiguration, resolving the issue for all affected customers.

Some Enterprise Grid customers are seeing messages temporarily disappear. Refreshing (Ctrl / Command + Shift + R) may resurface the messages, but affected users may need to refresh more than once during the day.
