Issue summary:
On December 15, 2021 from 7:20 a.m. to 7:41 a.m. PST, a small number of users in North America had trouble loading the Threads and Mentions & reactions pages.

Some also experienced message send failures, while a smaller percentage of these users may've observed delays in message delivery via email.

We moved messaging traffic away from the region, restoring Slack functionality for affected users.
