On December 6, 2021 from 5:10 p.m. to 9:13 p.m. PST, some Enterprise Grid customers received error messages when attempting to publish workflows, resulting in said workflows not being published.
This was due to a change in one of our systems involved in publishing a workflow to our web application. This resulted in malformed messages being sent to another system and these messaged bing rejected, leading to the errors experienced. We deployed a fix, and all impacted Enterprise Grid customers were able to publish workflows.
