On December 16, 2021 from 5:14 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. PST, some customers were unable to log in to Slack and load channels or messages.
We made a change to the web application which caused an unanticipated surge in traffic to one of our internal resources. We corrected the issue on the backend and all affected customers were able to load Slack again.
