Recently initiated free trials are not functioning correctly for some workspaces

Issue summary:
From January 4, 2022 at 9:15 a.m. PST to January 6, 2022 at 10:47 a.m. PST, some customers on a free trial experienced difficulty accessing historical messages in their workspace above our 10,000 message limit.

This issue was traced back to a backlog due to the volume of new trials and we deployed a fix. The full functionality of all free trials has now been restored for all customers.

Some teams that have recently initiated a free trial are experiencing delays in accessing the full suite of benefits included in a trial of our paid plans. We are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.
