Issue summary:
On February 3, 2022 from 9:34 AM to 1:35 PM PST, some customers were unable to use slash commands.

We made a change on our end which affected how slash commands were being sent, resulting in failure. We resolved the issue for all affected customers by reverting the change.

This has now been resolved and slash commands should be working as expected. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Some customers may be experiencing issues using slash commands. We have identified the cause, and are working on a fix.
