Incident

Issues when sending and posting messages from Safari

Issue summary:
From 10:37 AM PST on February 2, 2022 until 1:37 PM PST on February 4, 2022, some users were encountering an error when trying to compose or send messages in web browsers.

We found that a variable object in the message composer code was attempting to call an action that was not defined. We resolved the issue by adding a check to the code to prevent the error state from happening.

Note: We previously indicated this issue was limited to Safari. After further investigation, we've determined other web browsers may have been impacted as well.
