Issue summary:
From 10:36 AM PST on February 2, 2022 until 5:07 PM PST on February 8, 2022, Single-Channel Guests could not type in existing group direct messages on iOS devices.

We traced the root of the issue to a recent change to the iOS composer. We have rolled back the change which in turn resolved the issue for all the affected users.

We've rolled out a fix and customers should no longer be experiencing any trouble sending group DMs. We appreciate your patience while we sorted this out.

A number of single-channel guests are currently unable to send messages within group DMs. We're investigating now and will be back with an update shortly.

Issue summary:
From 9:55 AM PST until 12:26 PM PST on February 8, 2022, Firefox users may have encountered an error when trying to connect to or send messages in Slack.

We traced the cause of the issue back to code using a browser API version that we discovered isn't supported by Firefox yet. We resolved this by deploying a fix followed by a forced client refresh to ensure the impacted users would immediately regain access to Slack.
