Some customers are unable to receive 2FA SMS messages

Issue summary:
On February 17, 2022 from 6:52 AM to 12:14 PM PST, some users experienced delivery interruptions for 2FA (two factor authentication) SMS messages when trying to login. This was caused by issues our SMS service provider was having. We verified that the affected users were able to receive the codes again once the incident was resolved.
