Issue summary:

On March 3, 2022 from 5:35 PM to 9:24 PM PST, some customers experienced issues signing into Slack with Google or Apple, which brought them to our glitch page instead.

This issue was caused by some recent code changes which inadvertently limited the ability to signing into Slack. We reverted these changes, resolving the issue for all affected customers.

We've resolved the issue, and all impacted customers should now be able to access Slack. You may need to reload Slack (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) to see the fix on your end. We're so sorry again for all the trouble this caused.

We’re investigating reports around failures with signing in with Google and Apple, where some customers may be seeing a glitch page. Magic link sign in works as expected.
