From 10:30PM on April 29, 2022 until 4:21PM PDT on April 30, 2022, some users were being signed out of their workspace with a Server Error “Sorry, something went wrong” and were unable to log back in.
We traced the cause of the issue back to a change made earlier in the day that resulted in some server disk space running low. We subsequently cleared space on the affected database, resulting in immediate recovery. With this, we’ve resolved the issue, and all impacted customers should now be able to access Slack.
