From April 12, 2022 at 10:04 PM PDT to April 12, 2022 at 11:59 PM PDT, some users experienced delays with notification delivery, workflows, search, and file uploads, among other features.
We made a change which inadvertently prevented some servers from responding to requests as expected. Requests began accruing, resulting in degraded performance of some features.
Server requests recovered while we investigated, and by 11:04 PM PDT errors subsided, and performance began normalizing. We continued to closely monitor the situation until we had full confidence the issue was resolved.
We're analyzing data from this event, to mitigate recurrence.
