Issue summary:
On May 9, 2022 from around 9:48 AM PDT until 11:43 AM PDT, some users may have experienced issues with the message actions menu. Choosing an action may have resulted in 'Loading...' text or the unintended removal of the message itself.

We determined that a recent code change inadvertently caused loading issues for the message actions menu. We reverted the update, resolving the issue for all affected customers.
