Users encountering "something went wrong" when using @mentions

Issue summary:
On May 10, 2022 from 11:47 AM PDT until 1:55 PM PDT, some users may have encountered errors when using mentions in Slack.

We determined that a recent code change was the culprit. We reverted the change, restoring full mention functionality for all affected customers.

We’ve rolled out a fix and @mentions are now working as expected. To pick up the fix, please reload Slack using Command/Ctrl + Shift + R. Please send a note to feedback@slack.com if you continue to have any trouble.

We're receiving reports that users are receiving a "Something went wrong" message when using @mentions in Slack.
