Brief errors and slowness for some users
Issue Summary:
On May 25, 2022 from 6:00AM PDT to 8:00AM PDT, some users experienced connectivity issues resulting in slowness as well as message and API failures in Slack.
After thorough investigation, we traced this issue back to an increased database load. We have since employed a fix and full functionality has been restored for all affected users.

We are seeing some improvements. However, users are still experiencing some slowness as well as message and API failures in Slack. We are continuing to investigate to find out what is causing these issues. If you are encountering problems, we've noticed that retrying the failed action should allow it to succeed.
