Issue summary:
On June 3, 2022 from 1:30 PM PDT until 2:22 PM PDT, some users experienced errors when attempting to log in or send messages.

We traced the problem to an automated replacement of our databases which encountered an error. We manually switched to a backup database, resolving the issue for all affected users.

The issue has been resolved and affected users should no longer experience trouble loading Slack. Please reload Slack with the Command/Control + Shift + R to see the fix.

Some users may be experiencing issues loading Slack. We’re currently investigating the issue and will provide a status update once we have more information.
