Trouble with threads and messages

Issue summary:
On June 4, 2022 from 1:45 AM PDT until 2:49 AM PDT, some users experienced degraded performance in Slack. Users may have had trouble sending messages, viewing threads, and viewing channel history.

From our investigation, this was related to a subset of our database infrastructure reporting high error rates. We performed a configuration change and saw errors subside, which restored functionality for all affected users.
