Trouble using Workflow Builder

Issue summary:
From 10:38 AM PDT to 2:40 PM PDT on June 23, 2022, some users may have experienced trouble editing workflows.

We traced the issue to a code migration that unexpectedly impacted Workflow Builder. We corrected the issue on the backend, and all affected users were able to edit workflows again.

Trouble loading threads or channel content

Issue summary:
From 11:30 AM PDT to 12:11 PM PDT on June 23, 2022, some users may have encountered trouble loading threads or channel content.

We traced the problem to an internal issue. We reverted this, resolving the issue for all affected customers.

We’ve restored full functionality for all impacted users. After further investigation, we concluded the impact for this issue was mostly internal. We’re sorry for the disruption we brought to your day.

We’re still actively investigating this issue. We believe the number of impacted users is low and we’re already seeing some improvement on instances such as conversations loading slowly and thread history missing. We’ll continue to provide updates as we know more.
