Issue Summary:

On Tuesday June 28, between 12:00 AM to 11:14 AM PDT, some users were encountering errors when sending out workspace invites. This issue was a result of a buggy feature previously introduced to optimize the send times for invites reminders.

We ran a query on affected users and ran a fix script which has repaired the broken invites.

We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving this!

We have released a fix and previously affected invites should be working as expected. Thank you for your patience while we fully resolved this issue.

While the issue has been solved for new invites, we continue to work on the affected invites during this incident. We'll share an update as soon as a fix is available.

We have resolved the underlying problem and new invites are behaving as expected once again. We're still working to address the invites that were sent during this incident, and we'll provide another update once that work is complete.

Further investigations are showing that regular member invites are affected as well as guest invites. We're continuing to look into the cause of this issue.

We’re investigating a problem with workspace invites to guest users that appear to fail. We’ll be back with another update as soon as we have more information to share, we’re sorry for the disruption.
