You might be experiencing difficulties with threads

Issue Summary:
From June 30th, 2022 10:16 AM PDT to July 5th, 2022 9:18 AM PDT, some customers may have experienced errors when viewing or subscribing to threads.

The problem was traced to a recent change implemented to fix a separate issue. Reverting the change resolved the errors for affected customers.

We’re looking more closely into this change and intend to ship it again when we’re confident the problem won’t reoccur.

Issues sending messages

Issue summary:
On July 4, 2022 from 12:31 AM PDT to 5:25 AM PDT, some customers experienced issues sending messages in Slack. We investigated and found that it was linked to a temporary issue with the memory requests. To resolve the issue, we downsized the memory management units, which restored functionality for all affected users. We identified the root cause to avoid this happening again.
