On August 9, 2022 at 10:59 AM PDT, customers on organizations with Enterprise Key Management (EKM) enabled began experiencing trouble with loading messages, threads, and workflows. The issues were due an update that reduced the capacity across EKM, causing a surge of traffic.
To fix this, we redistributed the EKM workload to increase capacity, resolving the trouble for customers on August 9, 2022 at 11:49AM PDT.

We have identified the root of the issue that was causing loading difficulties with messages, threads and workflows. We've released a fix and any affected customers should now be able to access these features again without trouble. We apologize for any disruption caused by this issue.
