From August 8 at 10:44 PM PDT until August 9 at 6:23 AM PDT, some customers may have been unable to download files which caused a blurry preview image to appear.
We traced the issue to one of the file servers which was failing while under high-load. Engineers have updated the affected file server which fixed the issue for all affected customers.

We’ve rolled out a fix to resolve this issue, and impacted customers should be able to upload/download files once again. We’re sorry for any disruption caused by this issue
