Errors when using apps and integrations

Issue summary:
From 11:15 AM PDT to 12:54 PM PDT on August 1, 2022, some customers may have experienced 'invalid_auth' errors when interacting with apps, integrations, and workflows in Slack.

A code change earlier in the day inadvertently introduced a caching issue that caused the 'invalid_auth' errors. We rolled the code change back to mitigate the impact, then deployed a fix to resolve the issue for all affected customers.

We've resolved the issue: impacted users should be able to connect to third party apps and integrations, and use workflows once more.

While investigating we found workflows are also impacted. The good news is we’ve identified a potential fix which will be rolled out soon.
