Errors when using apps and integrations

Issue summary: From 11:15 AM PDT to 12:54 PM PDT on August 1, 2022, some customers may have experienced 'invalid_auth' errors when interacting with apps, integrations, and workflows in Slack. A code change earlier in the day inadvertently introduced a caching issue that caused the 'invalid_auth' errors. We rolled the code change back to mitigate the impact, then deployed a fix to resolve the issue for all affected customers.

While investigating we found workflows are also impacted. The good news is we’ve identified a potential fix which will be rolled out soon.
