From Monday August 29 at 10:11 AM PDT to Wednesday August 31st at 12:42 PM PDT, some Grid customers were running into errors when configuring SSO settings for their workspaces. Upon investigation, we identified an issue that was resulting in empty SAML configuration files. These empty files triggered the errors seen by users.
Removing the offending file fixed the issue for all affected users.

We're continuing to investigate the issue regarding some Enterprise Grid customers seeing errors when attempting to set up SSO on their org.

Some Enterprise Grid customers may see errors when attempting to set up SSO on their org. This does not appear to impact existing SSO configurations at this time.
