Some users may experience issues drafting a message that contains a link/hyperlink
Issue summary:
On September 8th, 2022 from around 6:44 AM to 7:10 AM PDT some users on desktop clients experienced issues with drafting their messages and saw unexpected character replacements when links with quotes were used. This was caused by an update that was launched and reverting it fixed the issue for all affected users.
