Some customers may not be receiving notifications via the Salesforce for Slack app.

We have rolled out a fix and notifications via Salesforce for Slack app should be now working as expected. We appreciate your patience.

This issue is now isolated to users not receiving configured alert notifications specifically. Other notifications should now function as expected. We will come back with an update as soon as we have some more information.
