Some users may be experiencing issues with loading Slack.

Issue summary:

Starting around 12:00 AM PDT until 08:30 AM PDT on October 12, 2022, some users experienced issues with connectivity and threads loading.

We discovered that an unusually large number of requests within a short timeframe resulted in a database failure causing errors and slowness. The issue has since been resolved.

Though we don’t anticipate any further interruptions, this issue is still under investigation. We will share an update here when we have more information.
