On October 28, 2022 from about 1:06 PM PDT to 1:17 PM PDT, some customers experienced trouble loading threads, sending messages, and saving bookmarks.
This issue occurred when we deployed a web app change resulting in an increased database load. We have since rolled back the deploy, restoring functionality for all affected users.
